My wife just got selected for a job in NC with our local paid EMS. They selected her but said there insurance company wouldn't cover her because of a PJC from 2003. My husband and I are both employed and make decent pay, but neither of our employers offer insurance. We were wondering what options there are for non-insured couples who make too much to qualify for,say, WIC or other government programs.
Is a 93' mustang hatchback cheap on insurance cause its a hatchback?
hello I'm 17 and i'm looking to get a car. I have always loved the 93 mustang.Its my favorite car ever.It is a hatchback so would that make it cheaper on insurance?? my parents always helped my brothers by putting there name on the tittle along with my brothers.I'm pretty sure it made it cheaper.There are only 2 cars that i really want either the mustang or a older honda civic hatchback.i like the way both the cars look.please help. leave you comments/opinions Thanks!

Is allstate good insurance?
My husband and I are buying a house and shopping around for homeowner's insurance. So far, we've found that Allstate has the best rates. Are they a good insurance company? I'd love to hear from current/previous Allstate customers. We currently have auto insurance through Geico, who we're happy with, but their homeowner's rates are high. We'll probably switch auto policies to whoever we insure our home through. So, any info on Allstate home and/or auto insurance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Weird/awful situation. Co-signed on car loan with a longtime friend when he broke off and started his own business. His business tanked, as did his personal life. Lost his job, his business, everything. He's now about a year behind in payments, and the bank is coming after me. Since it's destroying my credit (and life), I'm paying off the loan. The bad news continues. Apparently he loaned the car to his brother, that has disappered and isn't returning it, and the car is nowhere to be found. So now I own nothing. Worse, I'm terrified that whoever has the car could wreck it, and I'm liable. So now I have to get insurance, for a car I don't have possession of, and report it stolen. Who in the world would ever insure me???? Help! What do I do???????

Can you be insured on a car with two different insurance companies?
At present I am already insured on one of my cars, however I want to be insured on another car that I have recently bought. the problem is that the insurance company I am with now isn't the cheapest to insure on my new car, there are other insurance companies that offer a cheaper insurance quote. So my queston is can I have two different insurance policies for two different cars? and will this void my present insurance in any way if I buy another insurance policy?
